I live in capital city of Zagreb, the largest in Croatia, where citizens visits more then few different supermarkets.
The largest retail chain company is Konzum with 30% of the market share, which, as You can see dominates over Tommy and Billa.
I got three Tens, but two reds represented as domestic Croatian companies: Konzum and Tommy, which general number of local consumers use very often because of their approach. Black Ten is going to be Billa then, as a German company.
Products they offer are very similar but differs in width of their venues and hi-low prices for quantity of the products, therefor consumers tend to bond their choices with disposable income, taste, and vicinity.
For that reason I'm going to bring up Differences:
